What's your bright idea?

Follow My Leader is all about empowering young adults, as a team we are made up of 17, 18-24 year olds who have recently been on Job Seekers Allowance. We want to create a careers information website aimed at 16-30 years olds to help them with their career choices. We’re researching and interviewing 40 industry leaders each, and shadowing 4 of these. It’s these real life experiences that will form the information for the website, we will utilise video so that the visitors have the most enjoyable and interactive experience as they can. Fundamentally, we are creating something that is accessible and relevant to all those people who need practical and honest careers advice. This is a project made by young people who have a passion for their jobs and a passion for helping others.
